Everyone has already talked about Beyoncé‘s hair, her performance with Jay Z and that fierce white gown she wore to the Grammys.

Now, it’s time to talk about her tips — and we have all the exclusive scoop, straight from her manicurist Lisa Logan!

First, take a moment to pick your jaw off the floor after staring at that insane photo above. The singer’s Lorraine Schwartz diamond rings are stunning (and we love the close-up view of her engagement ring!). Once you move past all that bling, you’ll notice her nails are perfect as well — painted with a custom burgundy hue courtesy of Sephora’s Formula X collection.

 

Logan added: “She’s a creative source. So it helps us pull our best and bring her vision to life. It’s a bunch of moving parts and each and every one of us has a part to bring to life what her vision is. I’m not going to walk into a room and say ‘Orange is a new color!’ and push it on her if that’s not what she wants.”put the ‘Pedal to the Metal‘ on her nails first, and we all agreed how gorgeous it was. Then I swiped the red glitter “Atom + Eve” over it and it deepened to, like, a red-purple. It was beautiful.”“She did make mention she wanted between a red and a purple,” Logan told about the nail process.

And while the singer chose a more classic mani to go with her bold Grammys performance, in her downtime, she loves to experiment with her nails. “She’s totally a fun girl when it comes to her nails,” Logan said. “We haven’t been doing a lot of design lately, but when we did the series of music videos there were a lot of times that we did really cool, fun designs.”

Since dropping her digital album in December, Bey has been even more fearless in the fashion and beauty department. Even her glam squad is taking notice. “I feel she has evolved in every sense of the word. She’s a sexier wife, a more daring sexier mom,” Logan said. “She’s not like, ‘Now I’m wearing nude nails, because I’m a mom.’ She’s a youthful spirit she knows how to have fun and still be tasteful. If she doesn’t have a design on every nail she still chooses a fun color. She has an eye for color and style.”

The ‘Coronation Street’ actress took my breath-away wearing a Nevena London black gown with featuring a pretty lace bodice and sleeves.

I was awe struck by her gothic gown. Since I’m so used to seeing the actress’ character wearing cleavage baring, ill-fitted dresses, I couldn’t be more stunned by this transformation to glamorous, screen siren. 

Go big or go home? She went big, and then some.

To say the hair and makeup at the 2014 Grammy Awards was a bit underwhelming would be an understatement?

Luckily, there were a few celebrities who made it to the red carpet before the show started wearing some beautiful, bronzed looks. From Chrissy Teigen‘s ombre waves and sun-kissed skin to Ciara‘s gorgeous mommy glow to Rita Ora’s amazing blond curls, these ladies were absolutely beaming.

Chrissy Teigen

We haven’t stopped talking about Chrissy Teigen’s whole look (that dress!) since she hit the carpet, but it’s her hair that we’re most obsessed with. Love the length, love the texture, love the accent braid.

Rita Ora

The Roc Nation artist continues to channel a modern-day Marilyn Monroe with her full-bodied blonde curls, bold brows and matte pink lips. The purple smokey eyeshadow and false eyelashes add a modern touch.

Taylor Swift

While Swift’s shiny Grammys dress was phenomenal, her eye makeup… not so much. A more subtle smokey eye or simple winged-out liner would have worked with her casual ponytail and pink lipstick.

Bonnie McKee

We were afraid that McKee would transform into Sonic the Hedgehog with just a whip of her flaming red hair. The dramatic hairstyle with her heavy makeup come across as very harsh.

Colbie Caillat

Caillat’s severe topknot, runny mascara and faded lipstick left us scratching our heads and wondering if the singer ran out of time to get ready for the red carpet.

Cara Quici

We had no clue who Quici was before she showed up with this “Bride of Frankenstein” hair. It distracts from her otherwise pretty makeup.

Nothing calms the nerves like having mom with you! Musgraves (nominated for a whopping four Grammys and winner of two) brings her artist mama Karen with her to the show, where she also performed her single “Follow Your Arrow.”

GLORIA ESTEFAN

Estefan, in red lace, complements mini-me 19-year-old daughter Emily’s red-hot ensemble at the show, where the singer was nominated for best traditional pop vocal album and best instrumental arrangement accompanying vocalists.

MADONNA

It’s hard to say who rocked their Ralph Lauren suit better, Madonna or her son David, 8. The Queen of Pop gets the edge with her ever-present grill; but not to worry – sounds like David will be getting one of his own soon.

JARED LETO

Presenter Leto comes with an entourage: 30 Seconds to Mars bandmate Tomo Miličević and older brother and drummer Shannon Leto, who also joined him at the Golden Globes (guessmom had to stay home this time!).

KATY PERRY

Perry, who is nominated for both song of the year and best pop solo performance for “Roar,” is more than happy to share the spotlight with her little bro, aspiring singer David Hudson (who goes by the stage name Hudson), on the red carpet.

BOB SAGET

Surprise, Saget is nominated for a Grammy! The comedian and former Full House patriarch nabbed a nod for best comedy album for That’s What I’m Talkin’ About, and brought his grown-up daughter Lara with him to celebrate.

JAMIE FOXX

Foxx’s daughter Corinne, 20 next month, is getting plenty of practice walking the red carpet these days – and lots of practice primping, too! “The prepping begins!” she Tweeted five hours before show time.

YOKO ONO

Tip your hat to these two! Grammy presenter Ono made sure to coordinate her outfit with musician Sean Lennon, her son with the late John Lennon. The oh-so-hip pair was on hand to see the Beatles honored with a well-deserved Lifetime Achievement Award.

Surprise! Paris Hilton looked amazing at the 2014 Grammys. The budding DJ wowed in a high-necked white gown by Haus of Milani. Whoever did her hair and makeup should just do it all the time. She had this upswept hairdo that was kind of messy, but in the most perfect way. Her dress was white sequin with design work on the side, with tons of detail and cutaways. Nobody had a dress quite like hers.

TAYLOR SWIFT

Leading the pack of ladies dressed in gold,Taylor steps out in a Gucci Première gold lamé short sleeve gown with a crystal mesh overlay and gemstone detail. It looked like a gold-mesh chainmail — more edgy than we’re used to seeing on Taylor. She looks amazing “I love it. I’m so happy I get to wear it,” she said of the design.

BEYONCÉ

After dominating the stage, the singer set out to take over the red carpet in this sexy, white long-sleeve Michael Costello gown with strategically placed sheer inserts and a plunging back.

CHRISSY TEIGEN

After sharing a topless photo on her Instagram, the swimsuit model hits the carpet in a sparkly gold Johanna Johnson gown with a deep sweetheart neckline and accessorizes with a curly do featuring an accent braid.

COLBIE CAILLAT

The double nominee chooses a one-shoulder red Ezra Santos design with a sheer panel across the chest and floral embellishments.

CIARA

“I feel very comfortable,” the pregnant singer said of her skintight sparkly Emilio Pucci gown.

ANNA KENDRICK

The actress’s Azzaro gown, which combines strapless and plunging, has crystal detailing on the bodice and an impressive thigh-high slit. She accessorizes with a Joan Hornig alligator cuff and metallic Barbara Bui pumps.

For her first Grammys (she’s a presenter), the actress chooses a navy strapless Fitriani design and accessorizes with matching statement earrings and on-trend Sutra hand jewelry.

Iggy Azalea in Elle Saab

The Aussie artist, worked an Elie Saab Pre-Fall 2013 white embellished gown to her advantage—a look that was angelically innocent and far from wickedly over-the-top. Sleekly brushed-back blonde locks, a magenta mani and a dainty pink lip rounded out the softly elegant look.
